Cruise Details

Your cruise begins in Fethiye Harbour at 10:00 AM. At check-in, you will have the opportunity to meet your crew and fellow passengers for the week ahead, before starting your Blue Cruise Turkey adventure along the Mediterranean coast. You will then cruise out of Fethiye Harbour and head towards Butterfly Valley. Over 130 species of butterflies have been seen here at varying times of the year. Your cruise will sail over to the Blue Lagoon (Oludeniz), Europe's most photographed beach, renowned for being one of the world's premier paragliding destinations.

Optional Activity: Paragliding Blue Lagoon

The Blue Lagoon is one of the best paragliding sites in the world, with almost 20,000 jumps yearly. Flights are tandem flights with a professional pilot. Located on Babadag, at an altitude of over 2000 meters (or 6000 feet), the views over the Mediterranean coastline are breathtaking. In the evening, you will anchor at St Nicholas Island. You will have time for a short hike and see the sunset against the backdrop of these ancient ruins. St Nicholas Island is one of the cruise’s highlights, boasting one of the best sunsets in Turkey. The ancient ruins are spectacular, featuring an amphitheatre, dozens of chapels, and stone houses scattered across the island, all nestled among trees and overlooking the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. In the evening, you will anchor at St Nicholas Island. You will have time for a short hike and see the sunset against the backdrop of these ancient ruins. You will set off early and sail along the Mediterranean coast to Aquarium Bay (Firnaz Bay), a gorgeous spot with clear blue water perfect for swimming and snorkelling, where you will enjoy breakfast on board as your Blue Cruise Turkey journey continues with Farout Cruises.

After a relaxed morning, you will continue to Kas, a historic Lycian, Roman, and Ottoman town. Today, Kas is a charming fishing town boasting a picturesque harbour and beautiful marble streets that are over 2,400 years old. You will drop anchor in a secluded cove near the harbour for lunch on board, after which you can head ashore to explore the boutiques and local shops — Kas is particularly renowned for its handmade jewellery.

After spending two to three hours in town, you will sail on towards the Kekova coast and anchor in Kocakari Bay for the night, continuing this unforgettable Turkey gulet cruise experience along the Mediterranean.

Optional Tour: Diving in Kas

Kas is the perfect place to try diving, thanks to its crystal-clear waters and diverse underwater scenery. While diving, you may explore a variety of fascinating sites, including ship and plane wrecks from World War II, as well as ancient underwater ruins. With over 80 dive sites around Kas, each dive may take you to a different location depending on conditions and availability, so specific sites cannot be guaranteed.

After breakfast in Kocakari Bay, you will set sail with Farout Cruises over the Sunken City of Kekova, a 2,400-year-old ancient city of the Lycian civilisation which sank after several earthquakes between the 2nd and 8th centuries. This remarkable site is one of the highlights of a Blue Cruise Turkey route, where ruins lie beneath the water’s surface, creating spectacular scenery along this historic coastline.

Next, you will cruise to Kalekoy and Simena Castle, where you will have time to see the Lycian tombs up close, swim near the ancient ruins, and walk up to Simena Castle through Kalekoy village to enjoy sweeping views from the top. The views from Simena Castle are breathtaking, with numerous islands visible across the horizon. Kalekoy is a small village with fewer than 50 houses, where locals offer homemade ice creams in small house cafes with stunning views.

Today, you will ease into the morning with a slow, relaxed start and a leisurely breakfast as your Blue Cruise Turkey adventure continues with Farout Cruises along the Mediterranean coast. You will then head to Demre Cayagzi Harbour at approximately 10:00 AM, where you will say farewell to some of your fellow travellers disembarking here. At around 1:00 PM, you will welcome new guests joining the Turkey Gulet Cruise for the return journey.

During this time, you will cruise to Karemlik Turtles Bay to see Caretta Caretta turtles, with time for snorkelling and relaxing in the clear waters of the Mediterranean. You may also visit Demre Cayagzi Harbour, where you can explore the market or enjoy Turkish tea at a local cafe.

In the afternoon, you will cruise back towards Kalekoy via the Sunken City of Kekova, where you can take paddleboards out towards the Lycian tombs and enjoy more time on the water as your Blue Cruise journey continues.

Today, you will also have the option to revisit Smugglers Inn for another lively party night during your unforgettable experience.

After breakfast and a morning swim, you will cruise back to Kas, giving you another opportunity to explore this charming harbour town as your Blue Cruise Turkey journey with Farout Cruises continues along the Mediterranean coast. Take a short walk to visit the Antiphellos Amphitheatre near the Kas Harbour, then head to Kucuk Cakil Beach, a small cove with crystal-clear turquoise water. After breakfast on your last morning cruising with Farout Cruises, you will sail from St Nicholas Island towards Tarzan Bay, relaxing along the way and taking in the beautiful scenery of the Mediterranean coastline as your Blue Cruise Turkey journey comes to an end.

You will spend some time at Tarzan Bay, enjoying swimming and lunch on board before continuing towards your final destination of Fethiye in the afternoon, completing your unforgettable Turkey Gulet Cruise experience.

Check-out time will be approximately 1:00 – 2:00 PM, leaving just enough time for some final photographs and fond farewells at Fethiye Harbour.
