Check-in usually starts between 9 am and 10 am, and you will receive the exact meeting time before departure. After check-in and a short briefing, you will set sail from Fethiye Harbour and cruise towards the famous Blue Lagoon (Oludeniz Beach), Turkey’s most iconic beach known for its calm turquoise waters and stunning mountain backdrop. It is the perfect place for swimming, snorkelling, or paragliding from Babadag Mountain, offering an exciting start to your Gulet Cruise Turkey.

Fly tandem with a professional pilot from Babadag Mountain (over 2,000 metres high) down to the Blue Lagoon while enjoying spectacular views of Oludeniz and the surrounding coastline. With nearly 20,000 jumps each year, this is considered one of the top paragliding locations in the world.

In the evening, you will anchor at St Nicholas Island (Gemileri Island). As the sun sets behind the mountains, you can hike among ancient chapels, ruins, and stone houses hidden beneath pine trees. At the island’s peak, an ancient ceremonial corridor leads to the remains of a Byzantine amphitheatre, offering breathtaking views over the surrounding islands and coastline. With its rich history and peaceful atmosphere, St Nicholas Island is a magical place where the past and present meet.

You will sail early in the morning to Aquarium Bay, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and peaceful natural beauty, as your Blue Cruise Turkey journey continues along the Mediterranean coast. Next, you will head to Hidayet Bay, where you will have the option to try scuba diving in one of the most famous diving regions on this Turkey Gulet Cruise route.

Optional Tour: Diving in Kas

Kas is one of the best places to experience diving, thanks to its crystal-clear waters and rich underwater landscape. Divers can explore a fascinating blend of marine life and history beneath the Mediterranean. With more than 40 dive sites around Kas, each dive offers something different depending on sea conditions and availability.

After a relaxed day at sea, you will sail to Kas, a historic town with roots in Lycian, Roman, and Ottoman cultures that has evolved into a charming harbour town full of character. Its picturesque harbour and 2,400-year-old marble streets make it a delight to explore. You can wander through the town, browse boutiques and artisan shops, and perhaps pick up a piece of the handmade jewellery Kas is famous for.

After spending two to three hours in Kas town, you will continue sailing towards the Kekova coast and anchor in Kocakari Bay for the night, enjoying another peaceful evening during your gulet holiday.

After breakfast in the tranquil Kocakari Bay, you will sail over the mysterious Sunken City of Kekova, one of the most fascinating highlights of a Blue Cruise Turkey route. This remarkable site is a memorable part of your Sailing Turkey Adventure with Farout Cruises along the Mediterranean coast.

This 2,400-year-old underwater Lycian settlement vanished beneath the waves following a series of powerful earthquakes between the 2nd and 8th centuries. The partially submerged city reveals captivating ruins just below the water’s surface, surrounded by breathtaking coastal scenery.

Next, you will cruise to Kalekoy and Simena Castle, where you can explore the striking on-water Lycian tombs up close, some even accessible by swimming. Wander through the quaint village of Kalekoy, with fewer than 50 houses, and climb to the summit of Simena Castle for panoramic views of countless islands stretching across the horizon. Don’t miss the chance to savour the locals’ legendary homemade ice creams, especially the dry fig and peach flavours served in charming house cafes overlooking the stunning bay.

Later in the day, you will continue to Gokkaya Bay for dinner and an overnight stay. Surrounded by lush green hills and scattered islets, Gokkaya Bay offers perfect conditions for swimming, snorkelling, and enjoying optional water sports available through local providers during your Turkey Gulet Cruise.

Smugglers Island Night-out

As evening falls, get ready for the legendary night out at Smugglers Inn. You will join other gulets at this quirky open-air nightclub set on a remote island accessible only by boat. With music, dancing, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere under the stars, it is a night you will not forget.

After a peaceful breakfast at Gokkaya Bay, you will sail to the beautiful Karemlik Turtles Bay, where you may have the rare chance to see sea turtles in their natural habitat. Watching these remarkable creatures glide through the clear waters is one of the memorable wildlife moments of a Blue Cruise Turkey journey.

Aperlai Lost City Hike

This morning you can enjoy a scenic and easy 30-minute walk to the ancient Lycian city of Aperlai, a hidden archaeological site rich in history and untouched beauty. Founded around the 4th century BCE and once known for its valuable purple dye, Aperlai now lies in quiet ruins with rock-cut Lycian tombs, city walls, and Roman remains scattered along the coast. Exploring this remarkable site is a unique highlight of your Sailing Adventure with Farout Cruises along the Mediterranean coast. Later in the day, you  will cruise on to Heybeli Island, located near the small Greek island of Kastellorizo, for a refreshing swim stop. From there, we continue to Limanagzi Bay, where you will anchor for the evening during your Turkey Gulet Cruise.

Kas Night-Out

Tonight is a big night in Kas. You will meet travellers from the other gulets, enjoy the lively atmosphere of the harbour town, and experience the vibrant nightlife in the local bars and clubs before returning to your boat later in the evening.

This morning is a leisurely start after a big night out in Kas. Today, if weather conditions permit, we will cruise to Kaputas Beach, a breathtaking cove where golden sand meets vibrant turquoise waters beneath dramatic cliffs. Best enjoyed from the sea, it offers the perfect setting for swimming, snorkelling, and relaxing along one of the most iconic bays of the Lycian Coast.

Important: Kaputas Beach faces the open sea and has no natural shelter for gulets. In the case of rough conditions or poor water quality, we may not be able to stop here. If this happens, we will instead sail to Komurluk Bay, known for its crystal-clear water.

Later in the day, we will cruise to Aquarium Bay, where we will anchor for the afternoon and evening. This peaceful anchorage offers plenty of time for sunbathing, swimming, relaxation, and paddleboarding during your Blue Cruise Turkey adventure.

You will cruise early and wake up to breathtaking views of Butterfly Valley, where you can enjoy breakfast, swimming, or hike towards the waterfall. Surrounded by towering cliffs, this spectacular gorge is one of the standout highlights of your Blue Cruise Turkey adventure. The bay is known for its dramatic scenery, clear water, and unique natural setting.

In the afternoon, you will arrive at Karacaoren Bay on your Turkish yacht, a peaceful and scenic anchorage perfect for a relaxing swim or unwinding on deck. Surrounded by rugged hills and turquoise waters, it is an ideal stop to enjoy the afternoon.

Later, you will cruise to Red Island on your Turkish boat for a tranquil overnight stay. Named for the reddish glow it takes on at sunset, this is a beautiful spot to enjoy a final swim, sunset views, and a relaxed evening during your Turkey Gulet Cruise.

After breakfast, you will set sail to Samanlik Bay for a refreshing swim. This peaceful final stop offers one last chance to enjoy the clear waters before the journey comes to an end.

After enjoying this final swim break, you will cruise back to Fethiye Harbour, where your Turkey Gulet Cruise concludes. Disembarkation will take place in Fethiye at approximately 1–2 pm.
