Sights Visited:
Potuk Burnu Panorama
Potuk Burnu is located on the eastern side of Love Valley. It is a panoramic hill where you can see many valleys of Goreme and the hot air balloon take-off areas from above. Sword Valley, Rose Valley, Red Valley, Aktepe, Cavusin Village, and many other areas can be seen from this point. It is one of the most popular photo stops on Cappadocia Jeep Safari tours.
Love Valley Panorama
Love Valley, also known as Baglidere Valley, is one of the most famous valleys in Cappadocia. The valley is about 3.5 km long and stretches from Uchisar to Goreme. It was formed naturally over millions of years by erosion. During the Jeep Safari, we visit panoramic points on both sides of the valley. Love Valley offers especially beautiful views at sunset.
White Valley
White Valley is known for its white-colored landscape, created by the limestone in the soil. It is one of the scenic stops of the Jeep Safari route.
Rose Valley
Rose Valley is one of the beautiful valleys of Cappadocia and is also known as an area where hot air balloons take off and land in the morning. The valley has natural caves formed by rainwater erosion and offers great examples of Cappadocia’s unique landscape.
Sword Valley
Sword Valley takes its name from its sharp fairy chimneys that look like swords. The valley includes historical village remains from the 6th and 7th centuries, as well as old pigeon houses. Some parts of the valley also include remains connected to the Girls Monastery from the 9th century.
Red Valley
Red Valley gets its red color from the oxidation of iron in the soil. The valley starts below Aktepe and becomes especially beautiful during sunrise and sunset. We stop here for photos and videos.
Ortahisar Castle Panorama
Ortahisar Castle is a historical watchtower and one of the largest rock formations in the region. Climbing the castle is not allowed for safety reasons, but we stop at a beautiful panoramic point for photos.
Uzengi Valley
If there is enough time, we will visit Uzengi Valley. It is a green canyon with a small stream running through it. If there is not enough time, the tour ends with drop-off at the guests’ location.
