We welcome you to Fethiye on the first day of your 3-day tour with us. We will meet you at your hotel in the Fethiye area and take you by private transfer to the bus station at approximately 7:00 am where you will start your journey to the province of Denizli. You will arrive at the Denizli bus station around 11:30 am where our team member will meet you.

The start of the Tour for Hierapolis will begin with lunch and getting to know everyone then we will move onto the incredible city of Hierapolis and the unique landscape unlike any other on earth Pamukkale There will be plenty of time to dip your toes in the amazing pools with calcium-enriched waters that have trickled down this mountainside for thousands of years, coming from deep inside the earth and as this tour is fully guided you will find yourself taken back in time to the height of this incredible cities heyday, the theatre at Hierapolis is so well preserved one of the largest and most amazing sights in the city and one not to be missed.

At the end of the tour at approximately 16:00, we will be waiting to take you onto your next destination. You will travel to the Ephesus region of Turkey and stay overnight at your hotel before the next day’s adventure.

This morning you will be transported to the mighty City of Ephesus and you will feel like you have been transported back in time to an age of great civilisations that were cultured, historic and incredible, many cities around the world are full of amazing ruins but there is nowhere like Ephesus with the amount of restored and most well-preserved evidence and artefacts to be found everywhere you look, a city that was one of the most prominent trade centres more than 3000 years ago has so many stories to tell, whilst here you will see the Grand Library of Celsus, The Agora, The Great theatre that seated over 25000 people, civic buildings the jail and most peoples favourite is the central Mainstreet. It is here that you most get a feel of how life must have been, the preservation will fascinate you. The atmosphere in the great city of Ephesus endures to this very day.

You will also have time on this tour to visit a place of great importance for many of the worlds religions, The House of the Virgin Mary, it is here on a quiet mountainside just outside of the city limits of Ephesus that Mary spent the last 11 years of her life. A humble building with a baptismal font just behind. From the greatness of Ephesus to the humility and tranquillity of Bulbul Mountain.

It wouldn’t be right to come to this part of Turkey without visiting the Temple of Artemis one of the great 7 wonders of the ancient world, again just outside of Ephesus the foundations of the temple that can be seen today show us the grand scale of this mighty building.
 As the day comes to a close we will take you back to your hotel.

As your time with us comes to a close you will enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel as we then say goodbye. Your tour is now at an end but we look forward to travelling again with you here at Farout.
