Tour Overview

You have a relaxed tour from Cappadocia to Gallipoli. This tour begins with an overnight bus from Cappadocia to Canakkale, you will cross to Eceabat by local ferry which offers amazing views of the region. After some free time, you will get to explore the famous City of Troy, the origin of the stories of the wooden horse and its use to infiltrate and conquer the Ancient city of Troy. Later you will visit the Gallipoli Peninsula, these battlefields will show the length that humans will go to protect what they believe I the right thing to do. Monuments to their bravery and cemeteries dot the landscape with trenches, tunnels and landing point still able to be visited and explored.

Itinerary — Cappadocia To Gallipoli & Troy - Main Itinerary

18:00 pm Pickup from your hotel and transfer to Goreme bus station for overnight bus to Canakkale.

Overnight bus.

12:00 pm Arrive into Canakkale bus station and transfer to ferry. You will catch the ferry to Eceabat where you will check into your hotel.

Free afternoon and night.

Overnight in Gallipoli region.

Today's tour will begin with an exploration of Troy. In Troy, you will visit the Trojan Horse, Sacrificial Altars, the 3,700-year-old city walls, Houses of Troy I 3,000 B.C. - 2,500 B.C., the Bouleuterion (Senate Building), The Odeon (Concert Hall), and the remains of the various cities from Troy I through to Troy IX.

Break for lunch.

On the afternoon tour of Gallipoli, you will visit Brighton Beach, Beach Cemetery, ANZAC Cove, Ariburnu Cemetery, ANZAC Commemorative Site, the Mehmetcik Statue, the Lone Pine Australian Memorial, Johnston's Jolly (Turkish and Allied trenches and tunnels), Turkish 57. Infantry Regiment Cemetery, the Nek, and the Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial.

18.00 pm – The tour bus departs for Istanbul*

23.00 pm - Arrive at your hotel in Istanbul
