Istanbul to Trabzon

Pick Up & Flight From Istanbul To Trabzon
On the first day of your Green and Sunny Dreams Tour, we will pick you up from your hotel in Istanbul and transfer you to the airport for your domestic flight to Trabzon. ( all hotel pickups are limited to the Sultan Ahmed and Taksim areas of the city) The flight between Istanbul and Trabzon is estimated at approximately 1 hour 45 minutes, after landing, one of our representatives will meet you and escort you to your hotel.

We will only book connecting flights to Trabzon after we have received your personal flight details, ensuring enough time for you to catch the next convenient flight on to Trabzon.
Overnight in Trabzon, the capital of an ancient Byzantine Kingdom.

Uzungol Lake Tour

Today will see us travelling to the beautiful Uzungol Lake it takes approximately one hour to get there so just sit back and relax and enjoy the scenery of Trabzon.
Today there will be a few places of interest that we will visit such as a Tea Factory, the north of Turkey has been producing tea since the 1870's here you will be able to buy fresh tea to take with you. And the Surmene knives and gift shop. Due to the iron mines here master craftsman of the Surmene region have been perfecting this art for 3000 years.

After lunch, you will be free to roam the Uzungol Lake area by yourself. The lake is stunning, it is worth following one of the hiking trails for a chance to see some of the impressive wildlife, such as Bear, Wolf, Jackal Wild Boar and Lynx to name a few. There are also over 250 species of birds that come here, and morning song can be enchanting.
In the evening we will return to Trabzon and deliver you to your hotel.

Ayder Highlands Tour

Today will be a day of wonderous nature and a little learning about some of the historical customs of this region, departing your hotel at approximately 9:00 am.
Trabzon has a long history with textiles and your first visit will be to a clothing factory here clothes are made and then sent throughout to the whole of Turkey, you will get to experience just a little of the clothing culture of Turkey, and whilst there if you would like, you can buy from the clothing shop.
Firtina Valley translates to Storm Valley and is the next destination.

The river here runs through a beautiful steep-sided green valley crossed with elegant old bridges. Look out for the many winch wires that criss-cross the forest, taking goods to the remote mountain houses. River rafting is a unique way to see this valley from a totally new angle.
In the clear air of the mountains of Ayder, you will enjoy a scenic lunch after there will be free time to explore some of the hiking trails that wind their way through the valley.
we will then begin to make your way back to Trabzon, however, there will be a few stops to enjoy the stunning natural waterfalls the region has to offer.

Trabzon City Tour

Today we will tour the City of Trabzon Historically called Trapezus
Trabzon sits comfortably in green forested mountains and is like a jewel on the Black Sea coast. While exploring the city you will visit the Aya Sofya Museum. The sister museum to the Hagia Sophia in Istanbul, it offers a fantastic tour viewing artefacts from the history of the Black Sea region.
Our second stop will be at Ataturk’s Villa. This home was the favoured place to stop when the founder of modern Turkey visited the region. An ArtDeco style building with beautiful gardens it is easy to see why he was so happy here.

Following your time in the city, you will take a guided tour through Boztepe Hill. Standing above the city this park affords breathtaking views. As you walk you will view the bright colours of the city below with a backdrop of the Black Sea.
Sera Lake is where we head to next and here you will see a lake formed in 1950 after a landslide blocked a river causing the running waters to swell creating this area of natural beauty.
At the end of the tour, you will be taken to Trabzon Airport to catch a flight to Antalya.

When you land in Antalya you will be transported to your hotel.

Antalya City Tour

The Old City of Antalya, also known as "Kaleici" is where today's tour will begin with a walk through the winding, narrow streets of history, Kaleici literally translates to "inside the castle". We will walk by ancient sights such as Hadrian's Gate, a glorious arch built in honour of the Roman emperor.  Hidirlik Tower which is one of the oldest surviving buildings in the city and Ottoman-era houses and gardens also the Republic Square.
you will then hop on a 1-hour boat ride which will take you to a series of waterfalls in Antalya. You will cruise by the first set of falls called Karpuzkaldiran Falls and then pass by the upper falls, Duden Falls. You can enjoy a lunch break on the boat before heading back to the port.
You will also get the unique opportunity to ride the cable car from Tunektepe down to Sarisu Beach the views over the city are amazing you'll catch sweeping views of the coastline and the Olympos mountains in the distance, you can then picnic along the water's edge in a lovely park.


IMPORTANT NOTE: The pickup zone is limited to the Konyaalti and Kundu areas of Antalya. All other areas are subject to an extra charge.

Pamukkale & Hierapolis Tour

We will get started early today and you will be collected at approximately 5:30 am.
On arrival in Pamukkale, you will be greeted by breathtaking views of the white almost snow-like hills. You will be able to walk and rest in the warm mineral-rich waters that have created the extraordinary stepped pools. Said to have special healing qualities that have drawn visitors throughout history.

After your time relaxing you will get a chance to visit the ancient city of Hierapolis. Once a prosperous location, visitors came to the healing pools and retired in this beautiful location and so the city grew, creating many buildings including a theatre that could hold up to 12,000 spectators at a time. Found throughout the town are a variety of worshipping buildings from the remains of temples and cathedrals.
The end of your day will come at approximately 22:00 pm when you will arrive back at your hotel.

Return to Istanbul

Flight From Antalya To Istanbul.
